Information we collect

Anonymous website usage data (e.g., pages viewed, session duration, device/browser metadata) collected via Google Analytics to help us understand and improve site performance.
Chat interactions may capture anonymous signals (such as intents, flow outcomes, or error types) to improve responsiveness, safety, and conversational quality.
If you request a demo or engage our team, we may collect basic business contact details you provide (e.g., name, organisation, role) and any materials you choose to share.

Provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Waybeam website, demos, and previews you request.
Improve product experience through aggregated analytics, quality reviews, and safety tuning. We never sell data to third parties.
Operate features such as rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and performance optimisation.

For contracted (paid) products and services, data collection, processing, retention, training permissions, hosting region, and subprocessors are governed by the individual customer agreement and/or Data Processing Addendum.
Unless expressly permitted in a customer’s agreement, customer content from paid deployments is not used to train foundation models shared across clients.
Tenant data isolation and access are enforced according to each client’s configuration and contract.

Service providers (subprocessors) that operate infrastructure, analytics, or support tooling under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards.
Professional advisers assisting with compliance, legal, or accounting obligations, subject to confidentiality.
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; we notify customers where legally permitted.
We do not sell personal data. We share personal information only with contracted service providers or as required by law.

Waybeam uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, logging, and reviews to safeguard information.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Pilot materials may be removed at your request or 90 days after a pilot concludes unless otherwise agreed.

Waybeam may operate globally with infrastructure in multiple regions. When transferring data outside its original jurisdiction, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and measure usage. Google Analytics provides aggregated, anonymous insights to help us improve content and performance.
